Understanding The Pacroban Electronics Return Policy

The Pacroban Electronics return policy and the policy for those who purchased their items on Amazon are one and the same. Even if you purchased your products on Amazon, the same return policy information should apply as to what you will see below.

If you purchase a Pacroban product, and if it is not as advertised, you can get a refund for your purchase within 30 days. That's how long a policy lasts. If, since your purchase, 30 days has gone by, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you an exchange or a refund.

Your item must be unused to be eligible for return and in the same condition you received it in. You must also have its original packaging.

What Can't Be Returned

Some goods cannot be returned. Magazines, newspapers, flowers, and perishable goods like food cannot be returned. Neither do we accept products that are gases, flammable liquids, hazardous materials, sanitary goods, or intimate goods.

Other nonreturnable items include:

  • Some personal care and health items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

Completing a Return

We require a proof of purchase or receipt to complete a return. It is not recommended that you return your purchase to the manufacturer. Only partial refunds are granted in some situations (where applicable):

  • If, after 30 days following delivery, a product is returned.
  • An item is missing parts or damaged for reasons not due to our error, or the item is not in its original condition.
  • A vinyl record, cassette tape, videogame, software, VHS tape, DVD, CD that has been opened.
  • A book with signs of use that are obvious.

Refunds (Where Applicable)

We will send you an email letting you know that your returned item has been received once it is received and inspected. Regarding your refund, we will notify you as to rejection or approval.

Your refund will be processed if it is approved, and within a certain amount of days, a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment or credit card. 

Missing or Late Refunds (If Applicable) 

Be sure to check your bank account on more than one occasion if you are waiting for a refund. Official posting of your refund could take some time if it deals with a credit card company. Contact us at pacroban@gmail.com if you feel sufficient time has gone by and you have not received your refund.

Sales Items/Exchanges (If Applicable)

Sales items cannot be refunded – only regular priced items.

Only damaged or defective items are replaced. Notify us at the email just mentioned if you need to exchange an item. The item for exchange can be sent to our Burlingame, California address, ZIP Code 94010; street address: 802 Burlway Road. 

To return your item, you are responsible for shipping costs. If, however, it was designated as a gift, and you were the recipient, you can receive a gift credit for the shipping. Tracking on returned items is always recommended for your own peace of mind.
