For returns, our policy lasts for 30 days. Our customers are entitled to a refund for their purchases if the product they bought is not in the condition that was advertised. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, Pacroban is not able to offer customers either a refund or exchange.
Customers are eligible to make a return if their item is not used and is still in the same condition that was shipped to them. The Pacroban item must also still be inside its original packaging.
Exemptions of Returns
Not every item can be returned. There is a list of goods that is exempt from returns. Check with our Pacroban customer support team on the goods that cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving your return item, an inspection will be carried out. An email will be sent shortly after to notify you of our receipt of said item. You will also be notified of the return item approval or rejection.
For approvals, your refund will be processed which will automatically process a credit to your credit card or original mode of payment. Expect this process to be completed within several days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items that can be exchanged include those that are damaged or defective. If you wish to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with our office address that you can send the item too.
Shipping of Returns
Pacroban covers the return shipping fee and you will get a full refund.
